Customer Technical Support Rep - SugarCRM)
Job Description This is a full time long term position for an established multi-office US company. Please do not apply if you are an entrepreneurial freelancer, this is a long term job that requires full commitment, focus, and dedication. Also, please DO NOT apply is you are a freelancer part-time, nights/weekends. Target hourly is $2.50-$4.50, depending on relevant directly applied experience. First few months will start out on trial at 10-20 hours a week, then slowly move to 30-40 hours. This is not a project so there is no end date. Work is DURING U.S. BUSINESS hours, different shifts available during EST times 9-8 pm, and we will provide you with skype phone #, chat and ticketing access. Your will have one main responsibility: to provide Level 1 and 2 support and training on SugarCRM to new and established users in the US. Secondary responsibilities will be various 'virtual office' tasks like data entry, as well as general troubleshooting on technical support to 20 users for pc, laptop, network, blackberry, droid, iphone, printer, MS office, MS exchange, BES, for both hardware and software related issues. Requirements: + Experience as Walk Through and Training Support report rep, 3+ years. + Knowledge of CRM preferred, though will train + Experience in Help Desk or Customer Support environment to US customers, 3+ years. + Perfect English, zero/little ascent + Outgoing, personable and friendly + Works well under pressure + MS office products expert + General technology knowledge + University studies preferred + Work well under pressure Keywords: Customer Service & Support, training, support, troubleshooting, entry, data, crm, technical, customer, sugar
