We are building a small flatbed sprayer system and need help with the electronics / drive part of it. I will try my best to explain this. Picture a kitchen drawer on rails with a water misting system mounted overhead. You push the drawer in by hand then push a start button that starts the mister spraying and a drive motor hooked to a drive shaft moves the drawer out slowly. Once the drawer is out a limit switch or something shuts off the drive motor and the sprayer. This covers the item in the drawer with our spray. Requirement and Notes: - We just need the electronics part of this, we will design the drawer system. - Must use off the shelf parts available from USA suppliers. - Simplicity is a must, use the least amount of parts possible. - Drive motor speed needs to be adjustable with a knob. Ask any questions before bidding. I'm not sure what this will cost so bid what it will take to do it right.
