Job Description Our website - cell swapper [dot] com is a very prestigious site and has been features in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal and lots of other media. The site is currently built in asp.net and very outdated. We want to make it into a html5/php web app using the latest technologies and a clean new UI. You can either port the code (we can provide the asp.net codebase and DB) or you can simply to a complete rewrite. Please study the website cell swapper [dot] com VERY well before bidding so that you understand the concept and all features that are included! Please show us your best websites before bidding!! We will want build using a html5 and/or PHP platform for rapid web development. Please suggest. The app needs to work on all devices including desktop AND mobile browsers.
