Create Google Docs Templates x 2 from MS Word Templates

We have two MS Word Templates, one is a letterhead and the other is a slightly more complicated report template. We are migrating to Google Docs and would like the MS Word templates converted to Google Docs templates. I have attached the two MS Word templates. ------------------------------------------ Added 3 FEB 2012, 4:32 AM EST I am not expecting all features to be replicated. I know that the watermark in the bottom left-hand corner will NOT work for example.
