Requirements Independently responsible for business definition, requirements, and documentation for large complex new and changed application deliverables. Understand, review, analyze and evaluate business needs. Liaise between business partners and IT development team. Recommends solutions and ensures that they meet the business need. Coaches, mentors, junior BA team members. Scope, elicit, analyze and document business requirements for both new and existing applications, including large complex projects, using a variety of techniques and tools. Define and manage the scope of projects throughout the SDLC, anticipating issues and proactively recommending solutions. Coordinate, collaborate and influence across business and technology functions to ensure that strategic solutions are delivered Act as a liaison between business partners and IT disciplines to make it easy for business partners to communicate with IT.
