Job Description This web site is for an Energy Auditing Company. *The web site will collect / store data from: customers Single Homes Multi Families Commercial businesses. Services and or items for sale Inventory *The web site will generate Audit reports. *The Web site will collect audit data (including pictures) entered by +200 inspectors. *Data from audits will come from homes and or business Energy being audited, the results of the audit will generate audit reports. *The web site will create Estimates *The web site will create Invoices. *Each auditor (+200 of them) need a unique log in and password. *Web site must save ALL Estimates, Invoices or Audit reports, so the auditor can recall them at any time in the future. This will be like a file cabinet. *The web site will be able to calculate profit per project. *We will provide all the fields to be created for the dbases. it is very important for the selected candidate to be able to work with our team in the USA. *We will provide (great part) of the art work buttons, Icons and Backgrounds to be used. *The look and feel of the web site (will be ) similar to an Iphone, where auditor will click on icons (to be provided) looking similar to apps. *Once the web site is created and bugs are resolved and it is launched, the candidate selected, will have the opportunity to continue to work for us for upgrades and maintenance. This will be a separate income for you. *We envision about 15 pages in total. Be involved throughout the project life time for feed backs on the design and development of the site. 3. Have a dedicated team/person assigned to our project. 4. Whole site will be developed at your server, with no additional cost of hosting, until the site is ready to deploy on our server. 5. Transfer to our server and testing/fix bugs. 6.
