Job Description Hello, I am creating a simple website that will include 2 different forms. I need the values in these forms to be saved in a MySQL database, and I need to be able to export the data of these databases quickly and easily to a CSV file or XLS file. This must be very easy to do, as my client is not very technical. Perhaps the CSV file can be automatically e-mailed to my client's address. You should also have some HTML/CSS experience to make sure the form looks good on the page.
