Web developer for portfolio website
I am a designer who have designed herself a mockup portfolio in photoshop. I require a skilled and clean developer to take my psd file and turn it in to a functional website. ---------------------- 1) It is a ONE PAGE website with 4 sections: - Home (just large banner across the top of the page right underneath the navigation) - Portfolio (My works I've done) - About - Contact me (Form to fill in) 2) The navigation bar will scroll down with the page (fixed on the top of the page) 3) When someone click on the 'pages' it'll 'slide' to the section. 4) I may need you to set the hosting up/email which shouldn't take long. 5) Code must be clean, secured and easy to read. Website must be fast and optimised. 6) Designed on a platform where I can upload my designs myself (may have to provide me instructions). ----------------------- Tell me HOW LONG it'll take you & please send me LINKS to your website.
