I need a legal Commitment Letter for described work below. My company "X" will be providing another company "Y" with Showroom Display Solutions, Shelves, Cubes, Tables etc. AND Full line of product samples on Company "X" represented line of imported products. These samples worth quite a lot of money. What I need is a Letter that Company "Y" will sign or me that will state; * Company "Y" is 100% committed to represent each product perfectly and will be responsible with how they are displayed. * Company "Y" is 100% responsible from entire Display Solutions and the samples with their monetary values. Company "Y" will provide Company "X" with monthly accurate product inventory. * Company "Y" is 100% responsible with sending product samples to the prospected clients AND receiving them back at their own expense. * Company "X" can request partial or entire sample product inventory along with display solutions with a 30 days notice. In this case Company "Y" is responsible to coordinate sending products back at Company "Y"'s Expense. * Company "Y" will pay Company "X" Sample value of the sample product immediately after inventory item is LOST, GIVE-AWAY, FORGOTTEN, SOLD or ABANDONED at a client without Company "X" s written consent. and all other standard legal verbiage. at the time of conflict Company "Y" will be responsible for legal expenses AND Washington state Courts will be the place.
