Illustrations or Drafting needed of Vacation home floor plans & site plans. We send you formal architect drawings or loosely drawn sketches. Plus you'll get a link to a website for the house which will have high quality HDR photos giving you an excellent view of the property. You can see the exact style we want at (click on photos tab, locate floor plan then click to enlarge): Illustration should match the general colors of the house, display approximation of the furniture and be produced in one week or less. It is not essential the illustrations be exactly to scale, but should be close. You give us full exclusive copyright on all materials produced. We are easy to work with, available on email, phone or IM. We do NOT want a mechanical looking but instead want a nice illustration style. We pay per home, and need 1 to 3 sets per week. (But have a backlog of 30 homes right now.) Price can vary depending on complexity, but to submit a proposal please give a price for just one home and presume it is modest in size, perhaps 1,500 square feet. You will be able to offer a price for each additional home, once you see its size. But to start just provide a price per house. And please give us samples of your work.
