Job Description Working for a Digital Agency focused on delivering great consumer experiences for their clients, the App Development Cost Estimator will have excellent technical skills, a flexible approach and motivated attitude, and would be expected to turn around enquires from potential clients in a quick and professional manner, while accurately predicting the expense of future projects, current catalogue of products and upgrade/enhancements of them. The Application Development Cost Estimator must take into account the duration, scope and the total number of man hours required for the development of mobile (iOS, Android, Blackberry & WP7) projects as well as Facebook and Flash projects. Requirement includes: Write specs, define deliverables, asses technologies and implementations Applicant will be responsible for: • Providing accurate estimations in the required mobile platforms. • Estimate the cost, materials and staff required to achieve the project specifications • Estimate the completion of the project including milestones and completion rates • Evaluate and clearly understand the details and requirements for each eventual project • You will also be responsible for making changes to the potential brief including preliminary pricings, time scales and any other changes requested. • All candidates for the Technical Estimator must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent English is a must and the ability to speak via Skype to go over specific details. • Estimate the cost of development, including licences and third party software, required to achieve the project specifications Please respond with examples of any previous work that you have done and where these can be found on iTunes/App Store and Android market.
