Sales & Marketing Director (Part-time)
Job Description We're looking for a brilliant sales and marketing director to join our small organisation on a permanent (part-time) basis. Key Responsibility Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for implement our product positioning, developing lean marketing strategies (mainly online marketing techniques) and providing consultation on our sales strategies (including valuable input on our sales funnel strategies). Key Result Areas - A clear focus and positioning of our company and products. - Development and implementation of the marketing strategy with a focus on creating and developing the brand, proposition and communications. - Meeting sales targets and creating awareness of our brand within our community. - Capturing feedback and instilling an information culture. - "what can be measured can be managed". About Primetime Entertainment We are young company (21months) that reached critical mass in its first year of operation servicing the event entertainment industry in a small capital city in Australia. Our unofficial slogan is "A professional approach to event entertainment" and we believe it's this approach that has enabled us such swift market penetration. Our very active research and development program along with the founder's passion for entertainment and technology has strengthened our key resources and provided a launch pad for some savvy sales and marketing strategies. Who we're looking for We're looking for a highly motivated team player that is passionate about communication and loves the idea of playing a key part in creating something new, someone with bags of enthusiasm and confidence and the drive to make it happen. o You must have an impressive track record in driving sales and launching products from start to finish. We want someone who has lots of experience in launching product or services into markets as well as establishing mission-centric cultures into our organisation. We've got aggressive sales targets so we need someone who'll be able to really drive sales. You'll need to know the sales process inside out and be able to identify ways to improve it for this particular market place. You'll be able to analyse market trends and behaviour to uncover new business and sales opportunities. o You must have an impressive track record in building and managing brands. o You must be reasonable tech savvy and know how to use online collaboration tools. Additional Information: In this position you'll be assigned an marketing executive and executive assistant to carry out your objectives and strategies. They will be responsible for implementing your strategies and keeping to schedule. You'll need to have good managerial skills. In this role, you will be strictly focused on high level management decisions, tasks such as content copy etc, will be assigned by you to your team. We estimate this position to start at 25hrs/week for the first 3 weeks and then drop down to 10-15hrs week on-going. We look forward to your response.
