Job Description I am looking to expand my transcription team. I am only looking for transcriptionists who transcribe accurately, proof their work and proof it again before submission. We regularly receive audio files (WMA) each of which are 2 to 3 hours in length. All audio is of highl quality. We require fast, accurate transcriptionists to work with us on a regular basis on a range of audio files (General, Business, Legal). General Requirements: - You must be able to turn work around fast – maximum within 2 days (without fail) for each 3-hour audio file. Missing a deadline is not acceptable. If you do not have professional equipment (Recommended: Headset, transcription software and foot pedal) or are unable to meet this requirement, please do not bid for these jobs. - Experience transcribing audio files essential (Types include: General, Business, Legal) - Exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, spelling, and accuracy - Headset, transcription software and foot pedal recommended but not required - Must have a fully functioning computer, high-speed internet connection to download files (usually 1.3-1.5GB in size) and the ability to play WAV files and type content into Microsoft word document. Specific Requirements:
 1. Advanced English writing skills (highly familiar with correct English spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structures.) 2. Transcriptionists who deliver high quality, proof read, and client ready transcripts. You must take pride in your work. 3. Confidentiality These long-term positions for highly qualified transcriptionists offer a fixed flat rate of $ USD 0.10 per verbatim transcribed audio minute including ODesk fee. (Budget is listed as fixed $5 because this is ODesk minimum fee). You are not required to include stutters or “ums” or “ahs”. Applications above this will not be considered.
