We're building a winform-application with VB.NET. Actually it's working with MS SQL-Server 2008. We like to offer the user the option to work with a SDF-File on SQL-Server Compact Edition 4.0. We already changed the database-structure for SQL-Server CE. The SQL-Statements made with EXECUTE-Statements and Entitiy-Framework 4.2. We use design pattern Model-View-Presenter. The job is to find the problems in the statements and change them to work with SQL CE. Also we need a primitive form to move the data from SQL-Server 2008 to SQL-Server CE. The work must be done via remote-desktop on our system.
