Job Description I'm looking for several designers that I can go to on a regular basis for eye-catching banner graphics and professional looking logos. I will be conducting working interviews to find the perfect candidates. Designers should be creative, able to work with limited instructions, and deliver in a timely manner. Strong communication skills are a must. For the working interview I will assign a test project and allocate one hour. Pass or fail, you still get paid. The work performed can be added to your portfolio. Positive feedback will be given. I am not after the lowest bidder. I strongly believe good work deserves good pay. And I love to give bonuses when my expectations are exceeded. The contractor should have the following skills: 1. Strong previous experience in online graphic design and print advertising design. 2. Familiarity with 2.0 style website design, WordPress Themes, and Cloud Hosting. 3. Ability to think creatively, suggest designs and to be able to defend those designs.
