Job Description We are looking for an experienced lead nurturer with a good understanding of the Real Estate sector. We would like to hear from a people person who is friendly, articulate, interactive and engaging on the phone. Responsible for incoming email leads, to call and email clients to assess what sort of property the potential buyer is looking for and their reasons for buying with a view to organising site visits to view properties. It is preferable to be English mother tongue with knowledge of at least one other European language an advantage (especially French, German, Dutch, Russian and Chinese). We are an English company based in Italy selling Italian property to an international audience, so language skills in addition to English would be useful. You do not need to be based in Italy for the role. Good internet and computer knowledge required as well as a friendly outgoing and articulate personality.
