We are in need of a highly skilled PHP and Javascript developer for a really exciting project. This is a potential GAME CHANGER in a rapidly growing industry. This is a fixed price job that we estimate will take approximately 120 hrs to complete. There will be a retainer paid to the successful candidate and incremental payments made based on progress of development up to the completion of the project. If the project is completed in less than the predetermined time frame the developer will still receive full compensation. If the development exceeds 120 hrs the developer will be compensated with a generous hourly wage. We feel strongly that the project can be completed within the 120 hour mark, so any extension of the time line will have to be thoroughly explained. Typically we do not outsource our work, but due to a huge influx of work we need to add a new team member. We believe in paying one expert top rates instead of a team of individuals average wages. If this project goes well the developer will have the option to work on several other projects. We are a progressive firm who is focussed on the future, and we need a solid and dependable individual.
