ECommerce Partners is a leading provider of ecommerce and online marketing solutions. Due to rapid growth we are looking for experienced senior information architects (IA) to join our existing team. This challenging role will require you to adapt quickly to our fast-paced work-environment. The primary responsibility of the Information Architect is for leading consulting engagements which. It involves understanding client business requirements, eCommerce requirements, defining target customers and end user groups, and providing the user-centered design direction up to wire frames. You will develop and implement project approaches which include client information sessions, customer and user research, competitive analysis and secondary research. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of User Centered Design best practices to ensure that business requirements and customer requirements are equally satisfied. You will develop new methods of improving the experience of our clients' customers. Where necessary you will perform requirements gathering and analysis, customer research, information architecture and interaction design. Your CRM and web experience will allow you to consistently be aware of opportunities while monitoring customer satisfaction and deadlines. Job Description and Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance and consulting to clients, to help them understand key technology tradeoffs and make informed decisions. Translating business and functional requirements (business process models and use cases) into detailed technical design from system architecture down to code-level design. � Creating information architecture for Ecommerce sites and lead generating marketing websites � Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into creative concepts and functional components � Translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences � Participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing � Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research and focus the team's design efforts on the needs of key users � Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients � Conducting competitive audits and market research � Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces Requirements: � Minimum 5 years of Ecommerce Experience � Experience working with various business stakeholders in a collaborative setting � Experience developing and maintaining the full scope of product development elements, including but not limited to: wireframes flowcharts graphical mockups use-case diagrams or descriptions information architecture designs
