I have scanned images from forms or other documents (usually 1 to 4 pages - 8.5x11 or 8.5x14) which I need converted to InDesign (CS4) documents. These forms are mostly text which needs to be transcribed exactly (case, punctuation, etc.) as in the original. Also need to capture the layout and essence of the form (fonts, lines, boxes, shading, coloration, etc). Logos or pictures within the form do not need to be recreated, but should be replaced with a place holder. I would require 24-36 hour turn around on submitted work.
