Operations Analyst We are looking for an exceptional, highly analytical and results driven Command Center Operations Analyst for our Command Center in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will represent the interests of The National Command Center and is responsible for partnering with Customer Care to help meet service level and response time objectives across all contact channels. Key responsibilities Conduct the broadest to moderately complex analytical assignments and reporting duties, as well as potentially resolve complex issues and problems Serves as a subject matter expert Evaluate matters that may have a major bearing on conduct of company business May serve as a representative of the department and assist manager in a broad range of assignments Carry out reporting assignments of a routine to complex nature Assist in problem resolution by identifying data processing problems, escalating the issue, and working with other departments to correct Ensure that multi-client, multi-site and multi-product data is gathered, processed and disseminated accurately and in a timely manner Analyze reports to identify possible errors as well as out of tolerance data which requires further explanation Coordinate projects and serves as team member with all parties to complete by assigned due date Required skills/experience Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience Data mining, data analysis, process control/quality, trending reporting and process improvement required Strong collaboration and communication skills, including ability to deal with conflict in a professional and productive manner Must be an analytic thinker with the ability formulate conclusions through the analysis of data Ability to adapt easily as procedure/client needs change Knowledgeable in all the duties of the Operations and/or Contact Center Analyst position, or similar positions Previous experience in contact center environment Will apply the intermediate skills learned and begins to develop advanced problem solving skills to the position Evaluation, originality and ingenuity are required including excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be PC literate and have Intermediate to Advance knowledge working in a Windows environment Intermediate knowledge of Excel MS Word, Power Point and Access - testing required prior to submitting candidates and please provide test results. Candidate must be tested on Excel and Access and score at an advance level or better to be considered.
