Nedd a site similar to feedly where users sign up free. Instead of users adding RSS (feedly or Flipboard) they save web pages they want to read later. This allows them to visit their own dedicated URL and view their pages. Users create pages that allow them to save the website pages in organised folders - like Delicious. Users can make these pages public or private. If public its shown in a dedicated URL for that specific page to click and view like a magazine with pulled images etc (see feedly).
