Dear Sir/Madame! We are a new international sales network of independent sales agents, selling land parcels, primarily residential plots in the USA to a world wide clientelle. We are doing two things; buying and selling in our own name, and secondly we are representing land owners and offer this through our network of promotors. We need security/insurance and due diligence for our end clients and for ourselves. We also sell on financed terms, and we need someone to advise us on how to secure every part in the transaction. Meaning when a client buys on terms, how can he make sure that the plot is still free and clear and from the sellers point if a title has been transfered to the buyer, how will he know that he can regain control without a costly process. We have heard that putting the plot in escrow can solve this. We need someone who is professional in this market and who can inform us about the process, how this should be done, set it up and finally execute it by being our virtual back office for due diligence and transactions/closing.
