Hello, I have been looking around for a while and have found solutions to all of these except for the lasso. I need someone to create a simple program that will allow the user to Crop, Lasso, Scale, Rotate, Move, and save a as transparent png. All of these functions should be controlled via mouse (drag & drop, mouse wheel up/down, etc) and keyboard keys as alternative. Source project must be provided. Lasso tool should work like normal lasso tools (paint.net, photoshop, illustrator, etc) This must be done in vb.net, but use whatever libraries you must. If you create your own library, source code must be provided. I am a software engineer who is working on other parts of a project but do not have time to do everything by myself.
