Handle Recruitment are currently working with one of the leading names in TV Production on an exciting new temporary vacancy! If you are an experienced accounts payable clerk and enjoy being busy this could be the ideal role for you. Supporting the existing Purchase Ledger team you will be joining the team at a seasonally busy period. Your duties will be varied but your key responsibilities will be: * Processing invoices on the AP sub-ledger in a timely and efficient manner * Complete supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis for key accounts * Investigate outstanding differences with suppliers or internal approvers * Process expenses according to company policy * Ad hoc projects The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience as an accounts payable clerk/purchase ledger, be organised, have good attention to detail and be happy to commit for the length of the assignment. Media/Entertainment experience is an advantage not a pre-requisite.
