Job Description * Project Summary * When we teach our business systems analysis courses, most of our students are new business analysts and the 3 major areas they always struggle with are:- 1. How to communicate with stakeholders 2. How to organize and run JAD sessions 3. How to create software requirements documentation We would like roleplays that help address the above by providing the students an opportunity to take on these tasks in class * Project Details * We require three full scale role-play simulations to be built. The three topics will be Banking, CRM and Enterprise reporting. Each simulation must keep the student engaged for a minimum of 15 hours and must balance between the following: 1. Planning 2. Interviews 3. Documentation and analysis 4. Presentations Please refer to the enclosed document titled BA Task Analysis.docx for specific competencies required. The simulations much match at least 70% of these competencies. * Deliverables * The following deliverables are required for each simulation :- 1. Completed Schedule H template (enclosed) that provides an overview of the simulation and specific learning objectives 2. List of participants in the simulation and their roles (RACI Matrix) 3. Role Play scripts to guide the participants during the simulation 4. Supporting documents to be used in the role-play – e.g. Project Charter / Plan, Business requirements document, Software Requirements Specifications and use cases etc. It is understood that the supporting documents don't have to be 100% complete but need to have a reasonable amount of detail to help the role-play participants fill in the gaps. * Time Line * The project shall be finished within 10 days of initiation * Warranty * The contractor shall provide a warranty of 30 days to all work performed in this contract whereby any deficiencies or errors found in the deliverables shall be corrected by the contractor in an expedient fashion at no additional cost.
