Job Description Hello I am looking for a person in USA, who would be available to contact by phone (MUST). I want to create an image and I want to talk to a designer on phone so we are very clear what needs to be done. job objective is to create one cartoon image of two real people. I will provide pictures of both people and the cartoon must resemble both people in a cartoonist way. there will also be some extra details to add which I will discuss with you on the phone. in the end point I want a digital image which I will later print on a post card.
