Hello, We are an upstart real estate development company. We are U.S. expats living in Ecuador. We have a fairly large number of drawn to scale sketches of floor plans, and elevations that we need to convert to CAD. We also will need to have them converted to 3D views and virtual walk throughs, if you are able to do those as well. We need an estimate of time / cost to convert these sketches. Lets say a total of 30 sketches in groups of 5. They do not have to be large scale. I have attached an example to give you an idea of what you will be working from. Some have a bit more detail.
