Job Description We are a Regional Office of Healthcare Solutions Team (HST) which is located in Lombard, Illinois. These products include: - Medical insurance - Dental insurance - Life insurance - Accident insurance - Critical Illness insurance Our target market is: - Individuals and families that do not get coverage from work; - Self employed people and small business owners; - High risk, ‘uninsurable’ people who have a hard time finding and qualifying for coverage. Our agents make sales only via the phone/web. We do not sell anything in a face-to-face environment. The traditional sales structure is as follows: - Agents in our office purchase ‘leads’ from various online, lead generating websites - These ‘leads’ are filtered in many different ways. They can be ‘healthy’ people looking for traditional health insurance coverage all the way down the spectrum to ‘uninsurable’ people that are having trouble meeting the underwriting requirements to get coverage. We have viable product solutions for both scenarios and anything in between. - The agent calls these leads and makes the sales over the phone. Our starting product is medical insurance. While the agent is making that medical insurance sale, they try to add ancillary lines of coverage to increase the benefit to the insured and to increase commissions. Over the years, we have gathered virtually thousands of leads and people to call who have inquired about our products. We also have access to ‘lead lists’ of individuals in suitable demographics for us as well as small business lead lists. It is our idea to have the telemarketer from your organization do much of the phone prospecting for us. Using scripts that we will provide, you will be making calls and trying to gain a level of interest in hearing about medical insurance products that are available in their area. The prospects you will be speaking with will need to be willing to give them permission (or even better, have the expectation) for someone from our office to call them back them following day; all to gain more details on the actual products, the rates they can expect to pay and the ways they can sign up and enroll in the plans. The success of your efforts will be measured on how many of these ‘leads’ you can provide us with each day. We will have more than enough people for you to call and we will supply proven scripts to use. Our goal is to get to a point in which the total hourly rate we are paying your organization each week leads to a sufficient number of quality leads in return.
