I am looking for a talented, professional comic book artist to illustrate my 14 page sci-fi/fantasy short story. Ideally I would like one illustration per page (14), but I may be able to get by with one every other page (7) plus the cover. I am NOT looking for DC/Marvel type illustrations. I'm looking for something more fairy tale like, but not cutesy. Something slightly reminiscent of Jean-Claude Forest's work (I had posted a link to an example, but my ad got flagged). But if you have a style I think is even more suitable to my story, then I'd totally be open to that. This is a wacky, very imaginative story which would offer a great opportunity to showcase your work. I will need line art that I can later color in Photoshop (I will make grayscale and color versions from the art for viewing on Kindle like devices). I don't have much money.
