Know California Labor Regulations & Rates as well as Federal . - Compensation Recomendation & Calculation - Benefits Recomendation & Calculation - Withholding Calculation - Tax Calculation - Total Cost of Employment Calculation - Scheduling - Recommendations Small Service Based Operation, with 3 service rooms 10-12 hours of operations in each. Each Retail Clinic needs to have a service provider in each service room at the most when fully booked. Considering 2 or 3 shifts as the service is labor intensive and monotunos and want to keep service providers fresh and highly customer service oriented through out their shift. Besides service providers, there is need for customer service / sales oriented position for Reception/Customer Service/Sales/booking. We are hoping to grow to several clinics in the first year, so want to be able for the calculations to consider growth to several clinics and be able to perform what if analysis.
