Create cookbook design template in MS Word - Book Design

I need a page design style template done in MS Word for a cookbook. This does NOT include the front cover, back cover or spine, just the interior pages. Specifications: -Trim size will be 6x9 -Seraph TrueType font for body text (I'm considering Bookman Old Style) -Nonseraph Truetype font for chapter titles, subheads (considering Tahoma) -Will consider other font suggestions -Want to see layouts for text and for a recipe (attached) Final product: a Word template file with style sheet and a page illustrating the layout Desired Skills: Book Design, Microsoft Word Keywords: Page & Book Design, Book, Word, Microsoft, Design
