C++ Software Developer ? Music Applications ? Work from home Realtime Music Solutions (RMS) is a New York based company that provides software and services to the performing arts industry. Our flagship product, "Sinfonia", is an interactive music sequencer and software sampler that can be played in real-time, accompanying other musicians in live performance. At the moment we are busy working on the next generation of our product, Sinfonia 2.0. We are currently looking for Software Developers to join our development team. Candidates should have a strong object oriented programming background and familiarity with design patterns. Our GUI is made with Qt and such experience would be a great advantage. Applicants should be well versed in music related technologies. A good, working knowledge of basic music theory is important. Ability to play an instrument, would be a bonus but not essential. Other valuable skills include: Realtime event (MIDI) sequencers * MIDI i/o * XML * Audio i/o * Basic digital audio processing * Audio hardware interfacing * Other music software etc. Successful applicants will work from home, as our development team collaborates online from various parts of the world.
