Hi, Im looking for a very talented designer to draw a leisure area for me. It is under construction and wall boundaries and usable floor is already defined, as it sets on the second floor of the house. I need a project that will offer comfort and get the best out of the available view. half of the available area will be used by a room and a bathroom. The rest of the space is available for a nice project where me and my wife can spend some fun time with two kids a some friends. If you can sketch it up, it is a plus, as I can provide the complete sketchup file for the entire house. I have attached an image that gives an idea of the available area and I will provide images of the actual house and surroundings, so the best can be done based on the actual settings. For the available space I need the following: An area for the barbecuer, with a small sink and a couple kitchen cabinets, for storing some utensils and dinnerware. Also a small counter with about three stools for drinks. An area where a comfortable outdoors set of chair and table with a sunbreaker (umbrella like) above it. (I saw some nice ones that can be fixed on a wall) An area where a jacuzzi can be placed (square jacuzzi, about 2 meters x 2 meters) and a few vases (big ones) with small trees on it, for aditional shading during sunlight. Well, those are some guidelines and consider the positioning of the sun throughout the day so we can get the best out of it and ou of the existing shading. I have placed wood texture to the areas that would not have any roof to it and raw concrete to the areas that are shaded or have a roof, but that is not a rule, Im open to something new. Thanks!
