Insurance Industry Consultant Needed - Business Analysis
MidCap Advisors is a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm. We specialize in representing insurance brokerages, third party administrators, and employee benefits firms. We are looking for an insurance industry professional with consulting experience to work with our clients on operational improvements. The consulting assignments will vary from high level strategic planning, to hands-on part-time management roles. The perfect candidate will have experience in both the employee benefits and property/casualty areas. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of management experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a large regional or national brokerage firm. Compensation will be determined based on the scope and duration of each assignment.
