I have a small business that needs a few things done. Small business sells online merchandise throughout the USA through a dedicated Yahoo small business e-commerce website as well as on Ebay. All purchases and refunds done through Paypal. Below is a list of things I need completed ASAP. Identify AND LIST all 2010 orders from CA. Identify AND LIST all 2011 orders from CA. Delete REFUNDED orders from that list and save in a document. Information contained in this document should be order date, city, state, and amount paid. This will be used for state tax payment. FINALLY, A spreadsheet with all orders, for Jan 1 2011-Dec 31 2011. On the spreadsheet, I need name, date, and purchase amount. I would like the orders that were not refunded in black and the orders refunded in red. There are probably 25-30 CA orders for 2010 and roughly double that for 2011.
