I need two custom plugins made: 1) This plugin is like the pay to post plugin found here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=116605 My goal is to charge people $40 to post a thread in the advertising section of my forum. 2) This plugin will charge people $40 to bump/promote a thread to the top of the list in any forum.
