I would like a pan tilt gear head drawn in CAD so I am able to get the components built via CNC. The gear head will be made from aluminum, and will be used outside, so it must be designed in such a way that the gears, gear motors and other gear head components are protected from the elements by putting them inside the gear head. Both axis will be geared down - see below example for example. I have done a significant amount of research into how I would like the pan tilt head to look and operate. I have done paper drawings and have a list of gear motors and gears I would like to use, I will supply these to serious bidders. I would purchase the above gear head, except that it is not configured in the way that I need. Link to example tracker /2011/10/ The above tracker is different to what I am after, I require a Moog slip ring on the Pan axis, but not on the tilt axis. I require the gear motors to be inside the head, not on the outside.
