We are looking for an experienced programmer capable of delivering a complete Flash software build. Programmers must be able to provide guidance on best practice and be able to commit to providing ongoing support with our development and integrations The software will be built using Flash Media Server (Hosted by ) and will need to be compatible across both Windows/IOS/Tablet/Android operating systems (Wowza?). The software will be web-based and licensed on a one time/monthly/annual basis; therefore will require integration of a merchant tool ( ) into our website. Once purchased, the licensee's will be presented with a dashboard accessible through a secure log-in. The dashboard will display the company logo (needs to be uploaded), a summary of active profiles and an 'Account Settings' page. The licensee will be able to construct sub-pages/profiles which will eliver the following basic functions: 1. Drag and drop text files into the profile 2. Upload image files to brand each profile 3. Upload video files As well as the following.... Licensee's will have the ability to input text prompts into blank fields (similar to ) and/or select predefined prompts from a database. These prompts will power a TTS Avatar ( ) which will deliver these prompts to a recipient through their browser (unique URL). The software will generate a unique URL which can be sent out in the body of an email. On opening the URL, the recipient's webcam and microphone will launch, they will be presented with an instructional/promotional video before being prompted to start. Avatars will then deliver the prompts to the recipient's through their browser and their responses recorded. The subsequent prompts will launch when a drop in audio frequency is detected for approx 5 seconds until there are no further prompts. The recorded dictation will be transcribed using Nuance Naturally Speaking SDK server ( /naturallyspeaking/products/sdk/sdk_server.asp), the video and transcription will then be stored on our server to be accessed, reviewed and assessed through the licensee's account. The multiple recordings and transcriptions will be saved in the licensee's account in sub profiles.
