looking for state of the art web software to handle A/P, tracking report, enabling customers to upload all freight shipments and carriers EDI communication as well as paying electronically ------------------------------------------ Added 3 JAN 2012, 11:41 AM EST our freight audit software requires the following * have our clients export all their shipments into excel sheet * our system should be able to import all date from the excel sheet * our system should be able to read all data from the excel sheet * system should be able to generate BOL for each customer * system should be able to import data from common carriers like YRC and ABF, ODFL and others via EDI * system should be able to match all customer info against carriers info (example: customer info shows shipment picked up on 1-1-2012 from NY to CA 2 skids 500 lbs PO# 1000, system should match that with the bill they imported from YRC and match the weight, Class, pallets, etc. should any of them not match system should red flag) * we should be able to search for shipments by PO, date, origin, destination, * all other bills that does not have EDI capable should be entered manually and should need to go thru a 5 step inspection * one all bills are matched up and amounts are equal for customer and carrier than we should be able to create report * any bill that has for example damage or other information that doesnt match should have option to either be sent to Que or to have it on hold before approving * once report is created for customer we should be able to export into QB * once customer paid for balance we should be able to export to carriers bills to QB ------------------------------------------ Added 4 JAN 2012, 13:23 PM EST software need to be able to handle UPS and Fedex parcels and part of inspection if it was delivered on time per agreement Desired Skills: .NET Keywords: Software Application, .NET
