As an Advanced Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Lead technical projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation. A Project is defined as a unique endeavor with a defined end result that requires project management skills to deliver successfully Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines Ensure the project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture, and other relevant Firm-wide Guidelines Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects Be responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members Manage the budget for assigned project(s), monitor project progress; and adjust resources and priorities accordingly This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for deliverables and projects This PM will engage with the AD PM and LOB PMs and manage the IT work for major initiatives. This role may also include people management responsibilities The successful applicant will have the following experience (items are required unless noted otherwise): Project Task Estimation Resource Scheduling Risk Management Issue Management Adherence to Standard Project Lifecycle Budget / Financial Management including Business Case completion Evaluation of impact to Total Cost of Ownership for multiple simultaneous, complex projects Experience in Waterfall project delivery Agile will be a plus Must be a strong PM with experience in all phases of project delivery including managing project financials
