Program is supposed to read from file1 and cut the number of words detailed and paste into file2. The command line will take in <name_file 1> <name_file2> <num_1> <num_2>. For example, Apple Cherry 2 8 ....would open file Apple, cut out the 2nd word until the 8th word and then paste the words into file2. This program must be written in C.
