Job Description I post this for a friend who found himself in an unplesant situation with a client. My friend is in the IT business (providing technical support to small and medium businesses). One of his clients did not pay his bills, and kept using the services for about 6 month, promising to pay later. in the end, the client said he is not going to pay. My friend in response changed the password for his server (to prevent from external company to use the server).
