Virtual Bookkeeper
Job Description Experienced QuickBooks bookkeeper needed for virtual bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone with whom we can build a long-term relationship. The position will start as part time, but will increase in hours as the relationship develops. We are looking for experience, but also someone who will take initiative to make suggestions to improve systems and processes. We specialize in real estate (income properties) and small business - experience in real estate would be considered an asset. Duties: - post revenues, receipts, invoices and payments - reconcile bank and credit card accounts - calculate interest and create amortization schedules - prepare standard and custom reports Requirements: - timely and efficient - value integrity and confidentiality (a non-disclosure agreement will be required to be signed before work begins) - detail oriented - experience with virtual bookkeeping - willing to tackle challenges on their own Skills: - fluent in English - proficiency with QuickBooks - proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Please respond to the following in your response to this posting.
