I need help re-writing my resume. I have attached my current resume and it is not getting any attention. I lack completed secondary education which might be a reason it is not getting noticed. I have excellent work history and for a long period of time with skills in multiple areas within an organization. My background has always been focused on the engineering/manufacturing and this may mean a need a couple of different resumes depending on the job application. I also would like to have a few different types of cover letters and a salary letter to be attached if needed. Keywords: Mechanical
