I currently have an Excel VBA application that allows a user to enter numbers, click buttons/radio buttons, and enter text. As a result of these inputs, a user can then export a well formatted Excel of PDF document. I'd like to replicate this functionality using an iPad, where the report is self contained in the application (in other words, formatted neatly on the screen). I'd also like the ability to somehow export this to a word document if possible. Database experience would also be necessary, as I'd like to store the data entered in a database, and also allow for a user to access the output via the web in order to download the report output (as a pdf or word document) Additionally data from drop down boxes that are selected would also need to be stored in a database, and an administrative tool would be necessary to update this. ------------------------------------------ Added 8 FEB 2012, 10:26 AM EST As an addition, the application would specificially need to be designed in such a way that it is flexible enough to add/modify the functionality. As an example, I want the ability to be able to modify the form in an admin screen (add a button/text box). As a result of pressing a button, or adding text, I want the ability to specify where in the output this will be displayed or rather how it should be displayed.
