Job Description We have an Asterisk 1.8 / PBX-in-a-Flash phone system that sits on an external server. We need some assistance in configuring this system. 1. We need to find/select a good free SIP soft-phone and set up the system to work with that phone. (We will have many people calling through our external phones so it is important the phone SIP software be easy to set up for remote users.) 2. We need some guidance in selecting some call center software / modules to use with asterisk to help us manage outbound telemarketing campaigns.
