Hi I need someone who has experience in building a digital display advertising network. Someone who can build a platform for designing the ads, targeting the ads through behavioral data, and then track the performance of the ads for both advertisers and publishers. We would need to track cpcs cpms for advertisers and eCPMs for publishers. If possible the advertising network could act as an exchange between advertisers and publishers through the use of real time bidding. Will provide more information based on applications.
