Need someone skilled in SQL, MySQL, php, and JavaScript, I've been told. We have an online database management system for our dance school. Currently it's not working because there is a bug somewhere (I don't know where) and it's not allowing entries for some reason. - I need someone to look at it and fix it - move the database to a more secure location (create a password protected area so public can't view it) - provide ongoing fixes if they arise - add new functions as we request This is an ongoing relationship job, I anticipate we will need to work together long term. For the immediate though, we just need someone to fix the database and get it working again and to put it on a password protected page. Please have a very thorough look through the site and get a feel for it first before coming back to ask me any obvious questions. BONUS: If someone can make a web based interface for this database that is optimised to work on a smartphone (e.g. iPhone) web browser, I would definitely pay extra for this modification. The obvious bugs are occurring at the following points; MANAGE ATTENDANCE TAB - After selecting a class, trying to select an existing student doesn't work. When you start typing a name, the autofill should give you options. When you click on one of those options, a popup box populated with all the selected student's details should appear. Instead, an empty one does. MANAGE STUDENTS TAB This list should bring up all students in the database but it's coming up empty. MANAGE CLASSES TAB - This main window should display all classes. It's coming up empty. On the right hand side are two tables, which should display data based on the statistics from the main window. But they are coming empty. - Also I cannot add a new class MANAGE REFERALS TAB - Coming empty - Cannot add new referral type REPORTS TAB - Yet to be tested due to lack of functionality on other tabs. NOTE: There may be more errors uncovered as we proceed. The job is not limited to the above points, and may include other fixes required that have yet to be uncovered. Please look carefully at the files I've attached so you can see exactly what I'm talking about and be 100% sure you can fix the problem before bidding.
