Bookkeeper & Office Assistant
Job Description I am looking for an Office Assistant who has strong accounting skills and has experience with Quickbooks software to manage our company's bookkeeping and administration duties. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Excellent English communication (written and verbal) - Strong accounting or bookkeeping experience - Knowledge of using "classes" to segment accounting data - Experience with Quickbooks Pro 2009 or later - Experience with Freshbooks online invoicing software Duties will include the following: - Data entry - Exporting and importing data from CSV files - Weekly detailed reporting & budget analysis - contacting clients to collect outstanding receivables - organizing scanned paperwork and filing - monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts This is a long-term position, part-time 10-30 hours per week to start.
