OoH Non-Profit Database - Business Analysis
I want an Access database that Records: Expenses -Travel expenses, training expenses, office supplies, employee payables, utilities, misc expense, vehicle gas and travel, tax deductable Y/N selection. Donations -Mthly supporters, independent donations, donors contact information, etc., space for deposit date for checks, misc note for a specific fund donation request. A spot for donation of misc goods provided, it would have to have a 255 field. Employee/Volunteer/Board Members/Guests(Residence) Information -Picture of each, DOB, address, running notes on employees, guests, donors, interactions. An input for documenting medical information, perhaps a ledger type of form that would allow a long listing of information? Reports, An indicator of active vs inactive for donors, employees, guests, etc. include selections for prayer partner. Report stating by start & end date what the expenses vs donation totals. -Email to acknowledge donations(a cut & paste to email will work), Donation Letters for EOY mailings, EOY and EOM listing of donations & expenses for board approval, donors phone listing with addresses, Event attendee report with donation listed for each person, Donations vs Expenses to use as a balance sheet, task report for upcoming events, Reports that can be pulled with start and end dates, -Campaign break downs with listing for each received donation, and a separate one with grand totals I would like it to print out with our header on top of reports if possible I started this myself, and would share my information, but need help to complete it.
